How do AI credits work?
Credits are the currency GoodTaco uses for AI work. Free lets you try one AI prompt. Hobby includes 500 credits/month and Pro includes 2,000 credits/month. Enterprise usage terms are handled through sales.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Paid plans can buy fixed credit packs anytime: $9.99 for 1,000 credits, $49.99 for 55,000 credits, or $149.99 for 180,000 credits. Bonus credits are included immediately and purchased credits expire after 1 year.
How fast can I build my first app?
Most users have a working app in 2-5 minutes. Connect your data, describe what you need, and watch the AI build it. You can iterate and refine through chat.
I don't see an integration that I need?
Reach out to us! We're taking requests all the time. Enterprise customers can work with us on custom integrations.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On Free, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to keep building. On paid plans, credits reset monthly, you can purchase more anytime, and you can enable auto-reload so a selected credit pack is added when your balance drops below your threshold.
What does Pro unlock over Hobby?
Hobby is for unlimited personal apps and monthly credits. Pro adds Design Mode, app access controls, custom domains and branding, email support, and 10 included users.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use role-based access control, support Google SSO, and log every action for audit purposes. Enterprise includes SAML SSO, SOC 2 & HIPAA, audit logs, and custom integrations.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When downgrading to Free, you'll choose which app to keep. Hobby is single-user, Pro includes 10 users, and Enterprise is built for larger teams.
How does per-user pricing work?
Free and Hobby include 1 user. Pro includes 10 users. Enterprise team size is customized through sales.
